Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely. You authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method for purchases, subscriptions, taxes, and applicable fees. For subscriptions, billing recurs until canceled.

• Prices and taxes: Prices may change; applicable taxes are added based on your location.
• Refunds: Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 20% of the course is completed. Subscription cycles already consumed are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Chargebacks: Contact us to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
• Trials: If offered, trials convert to paid unless canceled before the trial ends.

Content & IP

All course content is licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use. Redistribution, resale, public display, or derivative works are not allowed without written permission. All trademarks, logos, and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners.

User Content

If you submit feedback or coursework, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it for operations, improvement, and support. You must own or have rights to any content you upload.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the service to violate laws or infringe on others’ rights. Prohibited activities include:

• Sharing, leaking, or reselling course materials or credentials.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to bypass access controls.
• Uploading malware, spam, or infringing content.
• Harassment, hate speech, or other abusive conduct.
• Using the Services for unlawful or high-risk activities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for all claims related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 6 months preceding the claim.
